Could do with some help guys. Gone off diet again, went for a few drinks which ends up with a meal and a pudding, which I know I don't need. I've suffered a lot with depression for as long as I can remember and with being the size I am, it doesn't help. I was genuinely happy when I'd lost a significant amount, but I know I'm turning to old habits again. Eating out when I know I don't need it, takeaway when again I don't need it. I'm trying to get on top of it, but it's so hard. I don't want to put the weight back on, and I really worry that if I do, my mental health will take one hell of battering. Has anyone got any tips on how to stay away from temptation? I was meant to be getting some support from my gp but due to covid, it's been rearranged so many times now I don't think I'll ever get it. My partner and family have all been encouraging, but their voices aren't always louder than the one in my head telling me to eat crap food. Any ideas would be so greatfully appreciated x
