Weight loss has slowed significantly, as expected. Substituted a protein bar for breakfast today since I wasn't hungry for food. We'll see how that goes.

176.8 2nd day at this weight. Looks like I may have to change something up. Didn't eat enough calories yesterday with all the exercise I did.

Time to add a few more carbs to my diet. Moving towards a way of life...not a diet. Much easier to follow a normal diet with all food groups. Keep the calories low with portion control. EXERCISE!!

Last daily weigh-in. Now I go to weekly. The daily was so I could ananlyze the effectiveness of the diet for jump-starting my weight loss. So far, so good. It hasn't slowed down yet...

Lost 10 pounds in week one. Staying around 1200-1350 calories per day, with daily exercise. Low carb-less than 45 net carbs daily. Most of those carbs come from 1 banana that I allow myself each night before doing cardio. Seems to be the right mixture for me. My insulin requirements have come down significantly, so that has aided in the weight loss also.
