Quite pleased with the numbers on the scale this morning.
I’ve been off the radar for a little over a month but despite not calorie counting, I’ve managed to maintain my weight.

This week was a great improvement compared to the week past. Not only did I reach my set macros for the week with ease, I experienced something I hadn’t in many years; hunger.
Not unusual for some but for someone who struggled to even work up an appetite for years, this is a completely welcomed surprise. 😊

The number on the scale got better but I struggled to hit my Macros this past week. Reminding myself that I started this journey to get my metabolism back on track and that the weight loss is just an added bonus.

It’s that time (of the month) again when being a female and water retention work together against you. 🙄
Thankful for the record keeping that’s taught me not to fear a little gain; knowing it’s water weight. 💧 ⚖️
