Very pissed cos I have to work 24/7 sitting on my ass til Wed, I can't even go to the gym! Resting my legs too cos I got shin splits from speed runs. Tried to do some upper body exercises at home 2day, got dizzy and it's just not the same like at the gym, arrrrrrrrrghhhh. I hate u work! There is a reason I decided to change my career cos this SUCKS!

Ran 5.36mi 2day:
• 0.65mi Warm Up @5.3 (my bfr was running with me so I had to go slow, he cudn't keep up with me after I started my interval training LOL).
• 3.16 Interval run 0.25mi x10 with 1min rest in between@7.0mph
• 1.0mi Hill Training @7.4mph
• 0.55mi Cool Down @6.2mph
Can't believe I got up at 6am! Oh and my scale showed me 104.5 2day - not sure if it's good or bad cos I wanna loose fat but get more muscle so at some point I'm suppose to weight more.. Hmmmm... smth to think about..
