1 Woche kein Sport. Und ein Krankenhaus Aufenthalt, haben mir nicht gerade in die Karten gespielt. hoffe das ich heute das ok vom Arzt bekomme.

Mal wieder zugenommen. Langsam kann ich nicht mehr. Jeden Tag Sport und kalorienzählen für was? Ist ja nicht so das ich n8ch 3 kinder, einen Hof und Schichtdienst habe. Ich hab täglich ein kaloriendefizit von 600-1000 aber trotzdem geht seit wochen nichts runter. 6 x die woche walken (9km), 2 x die Woche bodyfitness und 3 x die Woche krafttraining sollten doch mehr als genug sein? Jetzt hab ich sogar meine Kalorien reduziert aber auch das nützt nichts.

oh man. Ich weiß echt nicht was ich machen soll. wieder mal eine Woche wo nichts an Gewicht runter ging. Trotz 5x 90 Minuten (9km) nordic walken und 2 x 60 Minuten bodyfitness. Ich schnucke nicht und bleibe auch brav bei meinen 1400 Kalorien.
