I figured out that I've been losing 1.25 pounds per week since I started on December 13. I guess that's not too bad. I really hope that I have SOME loss for this week; my weigh in is in 2 days. Just even a little loss would re-encourage me! I'm trying not to stress too much about it, but since my family is coming next week and I'm off work, I know it's gonna be harder for me.

Ok, I'm pretty disappointed about this gain. I did really well this week too. I guess it's the holidays catching up to me? I don't know. Trying not to let it discourage me. :(

Ok, I know I'm not supposed to weigh in everyday, but I was so excited by this! I haven't seen that in almost 2 years!

And this means that I was able to do reasonably well over the holidays too! I am feeling good and I'm so glad that I'm finally getting back into shape! And I'm 3.2 pounds from my first mini goal of 10 pounds lost (pre-twins weight!)
