Went home for a couple weeks and completely fell off the wagon. I was good for the first few days but then temptation got the best of me. The only positive thing is that I have been working out very regularly. I still have gained though. I'm going to do the Master Cleanse diet for 10days and then get back on south beach. Hoping to lose all the extra baggage I picked up on my trip...ready to rock this!

Busted my butt at the gym yesterday and again today. I'm up a lb since my cheat day and still plateaud. Going on a 2 day fast(probably against my better judgement) but I think it will help break the plateau. Desperate times call for desperate measures...

Completely blew the diet on day 14...kinda knew it was going to happen due to frustrations!! Feel bad about it though...going to stay in phase 1 for 4 more days...then moving on to 2. Hope "cheating" breaks the plateau like some people say it does. Trying to stay positive!
