I havent been making good choices and I haven't been working out and I shouldn't be surprised with a gain. But that is over- gonna start being a good girl- eating right, walking more at night- all the right things to do

okay time to refocus- I keep saying that- but really I have been so down lately that as soon I get home I don't move the rest of the night. Enough of that crap- Enough of all this drama- I have made an agreement with my husband that I will stay between 140-150 - (he wants 150, I want 140) but we won't fight about it anymore. So 140 here I come again- suppose to be nice here so I am going to get my running shoes on and move all weekend!

okay well tomorrow I will weigh in but I haven't been losing. Guess I am not really surprised either, should be happy I am not gaining. I have lost some of my momentum and getting that back can be really hard. The weather is getting better and I am starting to really feel that summer is coming. I am going to try to get a run in tonight, maybe that will help with a lot of things.

seems like I am a little stuck- I need to refocus and get the last 10 pounds off.. maybe I can run this weekend if the spring snow is really gone :)
