Made 3 kg of fish today to eat throughout the week. Expecting a drop in weight in the next few days. I’ve increased my salt intake to 10g per day.
I am weight training and getting my 10,000 steps a day- everyday.
I am hoping to weigh in around 82kg by Friday.
I am always aiming for 150-200 grams of protein per day.
My deadlifts are getting very strong and may be time to up the weight soon.
My side laterals are responding quality to the high volume of sets throughout the week.
I’ve got to wake up early and marinate my chicken before it goes bad - it’s been In the fridge for two days already.
