2 weeks of vacation in India with family and friends. Lot of eating and yes sugar....still managed to maintain the weight. I was expecting at least 2-3 kg increase. Wonderful !

Happy that I am below 93 finally ... maybe after 7 odd years. A better week after disappointing last couple of weeks. Still a long way to go but excited. Also, looking at everyone’s progress here keeps me motivated - so thanks to you all.

Same story as last week, one bad day. But I will still take it as an on track. Just need to work on my cravings that are troubling me for past 2 weeks. FOCUS!

Had an exceptional week with weight down to 93.6 but then 2 unplanned/unavoidable parties happened on Fri/Sat, and spoiled my week. Sometime this is frustrating - knowing when to put your foot down and staying away from unhealthy food. Anyways, hoping for a better week!

Not bad considering my last reading was on Wednesday last week. But I have missed my target of sub 94 set for June. So this month I am targeting targeting sub 91. Let’s see how it goes.
