Well.... it is what it is.. Given the fact that I have had Vertigo since October 19 which has prevented me from going to the gym or taking my walks, I am resonably happy with this weigh-in.

I didn't watch what I ate all weekend so.... now it is time to get back at it!!

The good news is.... I went to the gym this morning for the first time since I got vertigo.

The bad news is..... I broke a toe last night tripping over a toy that was left on the floor (oh... and I STILL have vertigo... it is just not as bad as it has been)

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas and 2016 is a good year for ALL OF US!!

Still have vertigo :( Was getting "better" (was able to walk without my cane). Had PT on Friday, woke up Saturday and promptly fell against the wall…. I am still going to try to at least ride the bike at the gym.

Have not been able to work out since I got vertigo. Decided it is going to be a long road, so I better suck it up and get back to it!
