Just by getting back on track the excess weight is dropping off quickly. I know that I am going to have to ramp it up though to get back to 135 or lower, and to get FIT I am going to have to work my butt off... literally.

Have actually seen a gain of 3 lbs while trying to get back on track. Very frustrating. Started jogging for the first time in 7 years though. Can't do much, but it's a start. Determined to get back to 135 at least and I am GOING to firm up.
