Still feeling really really good. I expected a smaller amount of weight loss this week and maybe for the next couple of weeks as my body stabilises to this low carb way of eating.

Feeling really good. I'm into a routine that's working well. I am keeping food simple until I reach my goal weight. I can then start to expand my choices a little more. Just trying not to complicate the weight loss process. I have found this approach so easy.

Feeling really good. I'm not only losing weight, but gaining muscle from the little amount of exercise I do. All this benefit just by reducing my carb intake.
