Depois de 2 semanas de férias, comendo loucamente e sem fazer atividades físicas, engordei ainda mais (óbvio), e me encontro no maior peso que já tive na vida, 70,1 kg :(
Dia 08 de agosto de 2016 reinicio minha dieta (low carb) e inicio também (no dia 9) o uso de um inibidor de apetite para me ajudar a emagrecer (sibutramina 15mg).
Espero dessa vez conseguir chegar no meu objetivo...
