For buddies, who weigh every day, you may like to use a site like TrendWeight.com. You input the weight daily, and it smooths out the noise. Here is my chart (from Hacker's Diet Online, which allows you to do a image from your graph), since I started weighing daily.
The black line is my daily weights.
The red line is the smoothed trend.
The yellow line was my hoped for track!

Well I am pleased enough with that number for a week’s loss, especially on the back of the previous week.
This past week I ate on three days and fasted on four. On my eating days I ate a maximum of 3454 Kcals and a minimum of 2885 Kcals, which averaged over the three days to 3222 Kcals/day. On each of my fasting days I consumed 85 Kcals/day. This equates to an average, over the seven days, of 1430 Kcals/day. I avoided sugar and refined Carbs, where I could, and upped my Fibre, exceeding the 21 grams/day recommended for a man of my age. I also took an Apple Cider Vinegar tablet, each eating day, with my breakfast. On two of the three eating days I managed to keep my Carbs below 30% of my daily intake.
Today is the second day of a two day fast, and everything is fine. I am not particularly hungry, though my stomach is rumbling occasionally. If that is the only downside to fasting I can certainly live with that. Once again I have taken a Centrum Advance Multivitamin and as I have done on previous fasting days, a sachet of Laxido, just to keep me regular!

Arrived at the supermarket just as the sun popped over the horizon. Was a better image, but by the time I got my phone out and set to camera this was the best I could do.

It is a crystal clear morning here, with a hard frost. Luckily that is my work done for this week. Only the one shift.
This is a fasting day today. I intend running two fasting days together, for the first time, so wish me well. I'll see how I get on. Two together, keeps my fasting days the same each week, but if this isn't successful I will follow my wife's idea and run two eating days back to back (fast Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and eat the other days). Saturday is usually a family day so I want to eat that day.
I started the morning with my multivitamin tablet and I will drink plenty water today. I drink 2 - 2.5 Litres, plus tea and coffee.
I am off to the supermarket shortly. then this afternoon it is along to Dalgety Bay, to see my brother and have a jam session. The first of 2017.

Broke my fast today with Breakfast at 6am. Had a High Fat, High Fibre breakfast as I am working today (All Bran, Cashew nuts to jazz it up and Double Cream). Because of the early breakfast and late supper on Monday, yesterday's fast was only 32 hours. Fasting still feels great. I bought myself some Centrum Advance Multivitamins yesterday. Take one of them on a fasting day and an Apple Cider Vinegar pill on the eating days.
