Here goes nothin. I'm going to try my best to keep my calories between 1400-1700 and my fat grams between 30-40. And excercise 3-4 times a week.

The day I weighed in last weed was also the day before my period. I've been eating a lot of grilled chicken salads. Yum.

So i'm really not on a weight watchers diet but i figure if i was this would be the closest. I'm on a eat less excercise more diet. lol. I hope to lose 27 lbs by july. I'm treadmilling it til i reach 193 calories burned 3 times a week and im going to try to shrink my stomach. I reached that goal today and totally kicked my treadmills bootie. Go me! lol.

Stayed on the plan and got through the 1st day dropping a pound. Hopefully can make it through day 2 on the same note. I might go to the lake later with the kids. After I get some caffeine in me anyway.
