I'm offically got he gym routine down.
Actually looking forward to tonights workout.
The diet...need to keep off the late night snacks!

2nd Day complete diet and exercise are on point.
here comes the weekend I'll need to make sure I stay on track.

Drove 1/2 hour to workout with friends last night eventhough I have a gym 5 min down the road. The support group makes the process a heck of a lot easier.....It felt good just to be back, however it was hard looking at myself in the mirror and seeing how far I had let myself go.
One day at a time
When I got home had a cup of green tea to unwind....felt the urges to raid the fridge glad I talked myself out of it :) plus my wife hid all the snacks.

The most difficult time I have sticking to my diet is right after dinner. I'm planning to go to the gym at night now to distract myself and keep off the couch.
I'm excited to start, I know this is all under my control
