Still sick around here. Not a virus, culture came hack with bacteria and started some two week antibiotics. Got results of Fitness evaluation back today. Fat yet flexible.

I hope this is really weight loss and not just a fluctuation. Before I even woke up this morning I was irritated at the littles. We had a wild and rough day yesterday with behavior and that transferred over. Hopefully today will be better. I started out with a slight yoga workout. Probably more stretching than working out, but for me going from nothing to something is the right direction. This afternoon I'm meeting with someone to see if she can help me with my hooping, because I cannot keep it up. Hopefully it will work!
Now I'm using PBS and Sesame Street to attempt to get a bit of work done on my reviews. We'll see. Until snack time...

Okay, after playing around and trying to enter things, it looks like for the exercise and food diary it's easier to use myfitnesspal app, but I still like FatSecret for weight history.

Confused and curious. I'm going from blah to lots of water lots of exercise and my weight has gone up slightly and then today my scale shows my BMI has gone up. Is that water and muscle?

Really feeling the soreness from these new actions with my muscles. Feeling very positive and hopeful that I can do this. Also still breastfeeding twice a day and keeping that in mind. Still figuring out food. Thinking about the good and bad of what I eat and not seeing much bad so I'm thinking maybe excercise was my missing link? After all I wasn't gaining I was steady and just not losing.
