Lunch - small chicken breast cooked in a tsp of olive oil, cup of sliced mushrooms, cup of fresh asparagus, fresh garlic, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper. Like, 250 calories!

Proud of my self control today! Kids are having burgers & fries from Red Robin, I chose the grilled chicken salad No dressing (i dont eat salad dressing) and luckily they forgot the croutons. also was craving soda, so I made a club soda & Mio with ice

What the f-ing F!?! Ughhhhh. I need to stop weighing everyday. It's not good for my mental state. Yes I know it fluctuates. And yes in my personal experience I usually fluctuate 5lbs +/-, but it doesn't help when all I am is hungry lol
