Still plugging along.....pretty much failed the 2 liter water challenge. Guess I'm just gonna have to challenge myself. I don't know why saying yes to drinking 64 ounces of
anything
a day is harder than saying no to chocolate to me! And chocolate anything is my favorite. I've always always had trouble with fluid intake. I usually only ever drank anything when I was eating something. I don't eat, I don't drink...hubby never got that about me. Just as I could never understand how he could drink a whole pot of coffee and a whole gallon of tea a day all by himself.

I'm sure it's water, but I don't care..lol. It's not "278" which was
the
number for days. I had a ridiculously high cal/carb Valentine's Day. Wasn't going to log it, but I did. It's like a big 'ol reality check slap when you read it back. But, hopped right back to it yesterday. Surprisingly enough, I didn't have any "junk" cravings, just some genuine hunger that I took care of with the good stuff. The right stuff. Had heartburn all day yesterday, which is something I don't have when I stick to LCHF. I know it was the result of Sundays "gastronomical debauchery".
PS...corrected the "1" in 178 above to the proper "2" 278.....was just my fantasies controlling my fingertips at the key board...lol

Well...let myself have a free day yesterday, and I don't regret it a bit. Feeling more motivated and hopeful that my gamble on a "carb day" pays off.
