Ugh. Boo. Hiss. Let me tell you, short of losing/breaking a limb, or losing a lung, this stupid plantar fascistis is like the worst thing ever!! I used to run 2 miles in 25 minutes at 13 mi...tonite I did 1 mile in 16 min in 16 mile...what a difference. But just like my old roller derby injuries, you gotta ease in or you re-injure yourself. But it's so hard because moving EVERY DAY at my age is so essential for all health aspects but also most importantly to me, weight loss and maintenance. But I got out there and did it. Now I am on to my treatment. Treating PF also takes alot of patience and research. Ugh again. So I am icing 10 min, medi-massage for 5, then heat for 20, per foot. It is time consuming. But I keep telling myself it is so I can get back to where I was. Here is a link if anyone is interested in plantar fascistis....lol fun reading. And I'm hungry and don't feel like another iceberg salad. Triple Ugh.

Ugh. I feel bloated and disgusting...all day...I must've had too much sodium or something. Anyway, went "running" today for the first time since my injury (2 pulled plantar fascitis). I had been running 2 miles a day for almost two years. This July would've been two years. But this injury knocked me out. So half the speed today. Hopefully it'll be all right. icing now, then I do a massage ( w/ a special medi massager) followed by a Kings Brand Heat treatment. I hate getting old! Boo. If I were younger I would not have had this injury. But I know the drill...ease back in. So cross training (biking, skating) and slow experimental runs until I am back to par. Used to do 6.+ mph depending on the day. Did approx. 2 mi in about 25 when at my peak.

Need to find a way to deal with night time eating. I don't eat unhealthy stuff, but I overload on healthy stuff....like having fruit for dessert and then some yogurt and then something else, like a small bowl of cereal with almond milk, whatever. I forgot the rule I read today to not eat past 7 PM/ I will try it tomorrow.
