When I actually get a full night's sleep it helps with weight loss. Whenever I get less sleep I lose less weight or even gain. Sleep is good. Last night my cat Callie decide to imitate Mollie with her crying. Thankfully she didn't do it for too long. I managed to ignore Mollie for the night. It may have been the benadryl I took before bed. Thankfully Trixie didn't join in too.
I keep forgetting to eat my yogurt I plan in my food diary. I fill it out before I eat for the day. I adjust as necessary (like when I forget to eat something I added) Since my eating window is 4 hours I like to make sure I'm getting enough calories, protein and all that. Too little calories and my body will eventually decide it needs less that's not a good thing.
I made my son lunch (yes he is 21 and can make his own food but I haven't seen him in 7 months and want to spoil him) I made him grilled cheese with ham on homemade honey wheat bread. I have to say I love my dash appliances. Quicker, easier, less cleaning to make things. I used my egg cooker to toast his sandwich. It also makes decent sous vide type eggs. Not as good as my sous vide setup but quicker, easier, less clean up.
I have lost 26 lbs since I started 75 days ago. Avg of .34 lbs gone per day. I wanted it to be more but this is still going to get my to my goal, it will just take longer than I hoped. BUT it will still get me there. Tonight chicken wings, one of my favs and on my woe.

No worries. I had one day off of woe (planned) My baby is home from the Navy. I was back on my woe yesterday. I have 2 more non woe days planned for before my son goes back to his ship.
I have a problem with sleeping. I am sure it is affecting weight loss. I have my mom's cat with us. She trained my mom to wake up between 4:30 to 6 am so she could get fed. Well I used to be able to sleep through it but she starts at 3 now and won't stop meowing (crying) and I have a hard time sleeping when she does it. She is not a friendly cat. I've gotten to pick her up a hand full of times (maybe 3 times). She'll let me brush her maybe once a week. I can pet her once a day. I NEED sleep. If I could sleep more than 5 hours a night it would be nice. I have to look at different toys and see if I can find her one she likes. She has toys but I guess she doesn't like them enough not to be bored.

My son is home from Norfolk! I didn't even weigh myself this morning. Yesterday I baked a nice loaf of honey wheat bread, made pierogies, made 16 individual lasagnas, and ate some very belated birthday cake (thank you to my in-laws and Publix bakery) for my son's 21st birthday. I didn't eat the lasagna (I freeze them solid and then vacuum seal them for later meals for hubby, less cooking when I don't want to) but I had to taste the pierogi filling several times (more than I had to) and I ate the leftover cooked noodles. By the time dinner rolled around I didn't feel like eating so I just grabbed a slice of garlic bread and later cake. I also finally got to try the bread I make for the hubs. (Bread was hard to get for a few weeks, Florida/hurricanes so I just started baking it again) I did plan for some days not on my woe so I'm not upset. I have 2 more days of non woe eating days left planned for. (Chinese food and cheddars)
My in-laws don't really cook unless they have to. We moved closer to them and I took over holidays and they are happy about that. So they liked the lasagna and even took some home. I offered so all is good. My fil even ate 2 portions for dinner. That makes me happy. The cake is now gone (son ate his cake leftovers today) and today is back on plan for woe. I have more pierogi filling so I'll make the rest within a day or 2 and freeze them for hubby. (And son before he leaves) Go NAVY!

Up, down, all around that's what weight loss looks like. Down 2.4 lbs for the last 7 days. .34 lbs avg per day. Not horrible I was hoping for just a little more but it's still a loss. Tomorrow I could be up a little or down a little more. My son will be home TONIGHT!!!! Go NAVY!
