Quick check of weight this morning, still at 131 so a lose of 3 pounds since starting FatSecret again on Monday! 🥳 Off in a few minutes time for a spa day and evening meal and stay at hotel with friends! 😅 Hopefully will not put anything back on. 🤞🤞

Don't want to jinx it, but already after 3 days of calorie counting and my usual active day of either running, walking and/or home workout, I've managed to drop a few pounds. 🥳🥳 Got a night away with friends though, so must still try and stay focused! 😅😂

Good start the last 2 days, 1400 calories yesterday and today 1500! 👊😎 10k run and gym workout yesterday and tonight a mini home workout. Long may it continue. Glad I've gone back to counting calories, it does definately make you second guess picking up that biscuit in the staff room! 😂😂

Morning run, have been going out most weekdays, getting my speed back but cant seem to shift the pounds. 😫😫 Been calorie counting for weeks. I just hover around the same weight week after week.
