Steamy here in West Central Fl.Lots of storms last night and more coming today.
In my thoughts I have finally decided that carbs(starchy etc) are poison to me. Duh!!!!!I did a little experiment over the weekend(I have
to think,stupid is as stupid does)wanted for some unknown reason test the waters sort of speak.Well,dh wanted some popcorn,so I made some and
took about 1 1/2 cups.I kinda knew after I ate this stuff what was going to happen because my feeling of extra bloat was there.Step on the scale and there was 2 lbs.OMG are you kidding!!!!!Not worth it,even
as a test.Yes,this morning they are gone but it certainly was a very
rude awakening.No carb,the wrong kind expermenting anymore.
So all I can say,if you are going to do this WOE,do it!!!Don't fool
around you only put yourself back.I'm just lucky for some reason that
these 2 pounds are off. But believe I just about drowned myself drinking water and staying clean the rest of the weekend.
Okay thats my thoughts for the day.Everyone keep up the good work

I tried Torani syrup which left a after taste,but for now until I can
find DiVinci syrup which is better this will have to do.Had it on my
flax pancakes this morning.
Walking at this time of the year is challenging due to the heat index along with the temps.Even tho it still a little cooler early its still
uncomfortable.
The weekend is upon us,will try out some more new recipes that I can
find which are suitable for this WOL. I finally made up my mind that
my weight will come off when it happens.I have to remember to hang in
there and don't worry about a time limit.I'm on lots of various meds
which slow things down but does not make me lose,just slower thats all.
So every one enjoy your weekend with lots of success,smile you can do
this.

My food is all map out for the day.Have been doing different recipes
which help from being bored eating the same old stuff.Altho I must say there is so much to choose from on this WOL,that boredam shouldn't be
a concern unless you are eating the same thing day in day out.I think I
get to feel that way about eggs and bacon.
Those revolution rolls have been a lifesaver for me when I want bread
Like today for lunch my hamburger tasted great with all the fixing(not
ketsup)They are also know as oopsie's and I believe Stef has the recipe
in her cookbook on site(ctlss)
I am trying different recipes with veggies. Today I put tog cucumber
with yellow peppers,mustard seeds,vinegar,splenda,half of swt onion to
make swt refrig pickles,ready in 4 days
I'm looking out into my back yard which looks like a forest,the sun
is shining so beautifully,the reflections of the various shapes and
colors are stunning.Male cardinal in the bird bath.
My walk this morning humid and close but until the early winter we in
Fl will have no relief from heat.I know the rest of the country is
having heat too but they get cooler before we ever do.
Thats all the nonsence for today.Enjoy and keep working toward your
goal,you are worth it.
