Day two complete!
Goals
- No snacking after dinner
- Add more fruit during the day
- No processed foods

First Day I can remember in a long time that I did not snack or overeat the previous night.
I have frozen yougurt in the freezer should I feel the need, so far so good.

I'm going to give myself 1 year to get in the best shape of my life. It will be my 40th birthday present to myself.
What's Different This time
- There is no specific time table
- Not in a rush
- Not lookging for quick results
- Doing it for my children vs. for myself
GOALS
- To have more energy
- Be healthier for my children
- Live as long as I possible can for my boys
- To feel alive vs. slowly dieing

I was 207 last week, didn't blow up on Sat or Sun which I'm learning is the key for me.
I think I'm going to be under 200 by the time HNS opens which is my new Goal.
