I have been back on a diet/workout for the last two weeks and some days have not been so great and I am having a hard time sticking to the diet plan.
I decided to try low carb and the first week I dropped 3 pounds and since then I am up and down ( mostly up ) in my weight.
The reason why I stopped my diet last time was it was just not getting anywhere and I just said screw it and I will be happy with my weight.
Well if I am not working hard to lose the weight I am gaining. There is no maintaining for me.
Last time I lost weight I was at it for over a year and a half and through blood, sweat, and many tears I lost 15 pounds.
My problem is I KNOW this is how my body runs and I am having a hard time sticking to something because it takes forever to get any kind of results.
Wish I could find a "diet" that would work fast for me. I don't mean lose 15 pounds a week I just want 1 pound a week. What is normal weight loss is all I ask.

Started a low carb diet two weeks ago and last week did not do well but I am hoping this week will be better.

Today is the day I am getting back on a diet and workout schedule!
It has been far to long and it needs to be done. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning ( if I can remember ) but today I have already worked out and am going to start logging my food again.
To the best of my ability anyways.
Not sure what my weight is going to be tomorrow but it needs to be done.
For the next week and a half I am watching a friends baby and have to be up by 6:30 in the morning and that is a good way to get back into working out and getting it done early.
Sorry I have not been around the last few months and hope all is doing well:)
