I think some of the weight is water but I’ve started my second dry fast; I’m 10 hours in and tonight will be 24H, tomorrow morning will be 36H, tomorrow night 48H and Sunday morning two and a half days. I still feel full from yesterday so it’s not a big deal.

I’m hoping that I’ll reach my goal this weekend; I might dry fast for 48 hours on Monday or even maybe tomorrow and Saturday; I think I’ll dry fast from now until Sunday morning depending on what the scale says tomorrow morning.

I’m expecting that I’m going to weigh more in the morning and I hope that’s not the case; I’ve been weighing myself everyday just because I’m coming from a history of binging where my weight shifts daily- I’ve been documenting everything that has fat in it so I hope that I don’t gain anything and have figured out how I can maintain my current weight/ ideally get.down to 135/130 or at least 140 and stay there.

2lbs away from my goal maintenance weight!
I secretly want to lose another 10lbs; maintenance is a thing that I haven’t tried for in years, so it feels like the best thing I can try is a very slow weight loss after I reach my goal weight. What I’m doing now is working for me and I’m proud of myself for adapting to a balanced lifestyle
