I went to Planet Fitness tonight and burned 225 calories on the treadmill. woohoo!

Good morning! Week 2 begins. Trying to gain control of my food addiction and learning in a painfully slow way, why I haven't been able to fill that hole. The Good Lord is holding my hand.

Made it one week. My lap band seems to be at a perfect fill level, because if I eat too much food, or the wrong food, I know I will puke. It's Pavlov's dog, and the lap band is my tool. I've had it for 10 years, and I know it works when I use the program. The sad thing is, I have to have the threat of puking to stop eating.....sorry, I know this is gross. Doc prescribed Lasix to try to pull fluid off from steroids. I took the first one today and felt weird. Also changed my BP med. so feeling odd tonight. I'll weigh in tomorrow. Have a great night!
