I have stopped eating junk food completely for a week! I've been careful with everything I eat but sometimes it can't be helped as my mum makes my dinner and since my sisters prefer saltier, oiler food, I just have to eat it. My exams are coming up and eating healthy is proving awesome!

Yes! I know 1kg lost is not much for some people but for me - it's great! :D

Just as I finished eating a piece of duck I realized how high in fat it was!Just over ten grams of fat! That made today's fat intake very high but since my mum made it I couldn't not eat it.

I think I am doing okay. I love eating healthily now - healthy food makes you feel great on the outside and inside. It is quite annoying sometimes as people beg you to share unhealthy food with them - you don't really want to say no incase it hurts their feelings but sometimes you just have to say no to keep yourself healthy. Apart from that I have realised that I literally cannot eat more than 1300 calories a day! Eating over 1100 is enough for me - this is great as I had no idea how many is enough for me. Rye bread is a great filler and it is very healthy (the healthiest bread option there is). It is also quite difficult not to have thoughts about undereating. I feel as though I should eat less than is healthy which is bad. Overall, today has been great - no junk food in sight for months!
