When you write this stuff down it makes you feel like a PIG!!!! But since I started writing it down I am more aware of what I put in my mouth and try hard not to make bad choices! After looking at the macaroni and cheese I ate last night I will not be eating that again! I did not realize how much fat and yuck is in it! BYE BYE Macaroni!!!

Ok well lets see if this will help keep me motivated! And positive. Because after 3 months of only losing 10 pounds is very depressing!!! And I was working my butt off or at least triing to work my butt off no pun intended!
