aku selalu kurang kebutuhan protein nya
:( temen2 bisa bantu jawab gak, klo misal aku olahraga cardio, latihan otot apa masih bisa kebentuk otot nya dan turun bb nya klo protein nya kurang ? gak selalu sih .. kadang ada bberapa hari aku cukupin protein nya klo lg bnyak stok daging dan telur ..

bb ku stuck di 65 udah hampir 5 bulan ini, stress parah .. gimana ya caranya biar turun lagi? :( udah coba cheating day dulu tapi ttep aja, olahraga juga hampir tiap hari satu sampai stgh jam. apa karena akhir2 ini dietku kurang serat ya? tapi bab ku lancar ko ..
