I did it !!! Under 190 lbs !!!! It feels great to have done this!! I know I sound sappy but I have to Thank my personal Chef Stephanie (my wife). I couldn't have done it so easy with out her !I very proud of her because she too is still losing weight. I know women get real frustrated because us men have a this crazy ability to lose weight easier than them. So I try real hard to remind her that she is doing fantastic, because she is losing weight !!! Thats a great thing !!! So to all you wonderful WOMEN out there " Keep it up and remember every ounce does count! Most of all feel great about it !"

I made some bad choices this past week being away from home.Now Im getting back on track!!! I was very lucky and still lost 1.2 lbs ! I did satisfy some of the cravings Ive had since I started this weight lose adventure. Now back on track!

Losing this weight has been amazing!! I have to say a big Thanks to my Chef Stephanie (my WIFE) for making it easier!!! Watching her lose weight also has been amazing! I know men lose weight easier than woman, so I try real hard to keep her motivated when she sees me lose it quicker. Even though she says she hates me at times!!!!!
