Was hoping to lose a bit more today but at least I'm still losing weight.. Was pretty strict with myself last night, had a healthy small dinner and no snacks or beers afterwards, ate roughly 1500 calories yesterday. Feeling smaller in the stomach today, feeling pretty good.. Trying to hype myself up to go for the walk up the big hill..

Feeling a bit bad today coz I ate air fried food, I know its not as bad as deep fried food but ate quite a bit and was mainly just carbs and fat lol.. made me feel down afterwards and really tired so had a nap but feeling better now, I noticed eating certain foods and drinking alcohol has a negative impact on me mentally and physically..

No exercising for me today Recovering from yesterday, and doing some cleaning, had fruit for breakfast and my weight loss supplements, got no milk atm so no shakes, just going to have small healthy meals instead.. Kinda wondering why I'm not losing much weight quickly considering how much my diets changed within the past month, but trying to be patient hoping my metabolism will end up speeding up eventually.
