Wholegrain bread, processed cheese, ketchup (or without it/replaced with tomato), spice of Italian herbs, turkey without fat, and a slice of hard cheese. In the microwave for a minute and it's done( and its really cool haha)

Protein paste - 60g, spinach 50g, butter 5g, ricotta 130g
Add butter and granulated garlic to the pan, then spinach. Wait 3-5 minutes, add ricotta (100kcal per 100g). After 1-2 minutes, add the boiled pasta to the pan. With 150g of tilapia, about 500kcal
