I first joined Rosemary Conley diet 3 weeks ago, and i have in the first 2 weeks lost 2 half pound, which i did find the diet difficult, because if i am eating clean food, which do not include sweet foods, then adding candy foods to make up the calories just seems plain wrong to me, eating 3 meals and 2 snacks never seem to add up to 1200 calories, so i plan to do my own diet, well actually more of a healthy food plan.
