Well I think I am going to *try* to get back on track in a few days. If I haven't said before I have been sick which resulted in getting very anemic. It was awful.. I could barely get out of bed for a while.. Now I am just weak. Between trying to get my iron up and keeping my sugar up because I also have Hypoglycemia, trying to lose weight is almost impossible. The medicines don't help either.. Exercising is also out of the question. Standing or any activity that requires energy my heart starts racing like crazy.
I will get through this though.. Then I will get right back on track. =)

I am not really counting this, but here is my weight. I have been sick lately and I'm not able to diet until I get better.

I've put off my diet for a couple of days. My stomach is still queasy and it was no coincidence. I was food poisoned from whole foods. I should have been more careful on my choices there, but I thought hey this is whole foods, why would anything happen there? Well my love and I both had it and of course I am the last to get over it. The reason I am putting it off is because I am lucky to even get hungry. Hopefully I will be over it by tomorrow.

Today I woke up with a nasty stomach, I ate some Kettle cooked chips from whole foods to tone it down a little. It worked, my stomach is rolling as bad as it was. These chips are also great, made with sea salt and all natural. You have to stop yourself from not eating too much of them.

Last night I went out to eat. Food was great. I tried to make healthy choices, though I think the rice and cheese is what got me. Ah well it's another day. I have tons of yard work a head of me. so wish me luck!
