21 points today. No swimming today. Made a ww shake for lunch, added yogurt to it, very good. Not much else today, lazy day, read, picked Dominick up at camp at 4. He went with John and Sue to puppy class and I stayed home.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY ~~~ What a great day this was and glad to celebrate our Independence Day. Went for 1hr walk this morning. Dominick came over around 3:30 and then we headed to dowtown Jacksonville for the firework celebration. We go early so that we can get a good place to sit to view the fireworks, plus a close parking space. It was a nice day, a bit warm but a nice breeze by the river and I was able to put my chair in shade in the early afternoon. Derek, Melissa, Reese and Wyatt joined us later and brought supper - chicken, potato salad, maraconi salad etc. Bryan and his girl friend joined us also. Good display - home around 10:30. Total points for the day about 25, just not sure of a couple things.

Spent the day relaxing, reading and enjoying the pool. Bought a new float yesterday and got to use it today, really nice just floating around. Did a little exercise also. Total count for today is 20 pts. Hopefully I'll show a lose in the morning.

Saturday, weigh in day. Stayed the same as last week but not quite sure why. Possibly some of my "eating out" did some of the damage even tho I tried to be careful of what I ate and its possible that I missed entering a couple of things. This coming week I will try to do better. I do have a couple of "going out meals" over the course of the week so will watch more carefully what I choose to eat. Ate at Bob Evans - total points for the day 23.

Here it is July 1 already, time flies when you're having fun!!! and games !! An intense hour of water arobics this morning and then a dip in the hot tub. In the pool again tonight before dinner, did some of my exercises but not as many or intense as at the gym.
