As I prepare my mind and body to begin a new diet and excersize regimen, I am feeling so awesome and so fearful at the same time. I need to do this for myself, my children and my husband. But I fear I have a real addiction to food and by embarking on this journey, I will be forced to confront this addiction. Lucky for me, I am willing to do whatever it takes for me to be comfortable in my own skin, my kids not to be embarressed of me and my husband to continue to love me for me. I am truly blessed.

Why oh why is following any diet much more costly than eating crap??? I know that I should not worry about spending now because if I don't change my ways, I will spend so much more in healthcare costs in the future. But it really hurts to shell out >$150 on just 3 days worth of nutritional fresh food! I'm just saying...
