Another drab, cooler and rainy day. Good day to sleep. lol Not happening here.
WOE is going great. LOTS more energy and feeling much less joint pain. Every now and then I just crave sweets, bread and potatoes. This is my falling point. Haven't had any yet, but getting the feelings. I really need to find ways to stay strong.
Did not get any more of my garden in. Too wet... Really looking forward to good home grown veggies this summer.

YAHOO!!!!! On my way down again. Much more energy too. Hope to get more of my garden in today if the rain holds off. I am really ready for more spring/summer weather.
WOE is going well. Remembering how good these foods taste and REALLY enjoying NOT having my highs and lows with the blood sugars. :):)

What the Heck!!! Trying to change my diet to Laurie's Low Carb Diet and FS won't let me write it in. What the Heck?????
Still eating Low Carb and feeling great. It was beautiful outside yesterday, so did a lot of yard work and planted some of my root crops. YEAH!!! Today isn't such a nice day, cloudy and cooler. Rain is in the forcast for all of tomorrow. :( Really wanted to get my big garden tilled and most of it planted. That just isn't going to happen.
Hope all are having a great day and feeling REALLY GOOD about themselves. HUGS:)
2nd entry today: I couldn't figure out why I was feeling so drab. Come to find out, I never finished my second cup of coffee today. I usually drink 3 in the morning, but today only 2. More water than coffee.
