day one of slimmers world
omlette with peppers and onions
dinner banana and 1/2 muller light pot
tea 2 eggs table low fat mayo , hand full of new potatoes, a full tin tuna in sunflower oil and loads of beetroot in sweet vinegar
followed by lemon sorbet (150 grams ) and a bag of you are what you eat fruit and nut washed down with coffee and loads of pepsi max and energy (suage free drinks)
dunno if this is right at all! anybody done this slimmers world and is it right!

well a wake up call as I joined slimmers world ands realise the porridge which i have every day is ok bt the treacle variaty is high ! and the " treacle syrup " Im adding every day is sabotage to keeping my body how i want it ! Im in the zone no porridge tommorrow omletts and I think a little pepper and mayb e onions ! change as good as a rest need my cute figure back as I would rather have that than eat silly foods that only last on my lips for a few minutes and then on my body as ugly fat!!!

GOD HELP ME I'M GAINING WEIGHT LIKE NO BODIES BUSINESS AND JUST HAVE AN APPITITE THAT IS'NT BE SATISFIED WHAT EVER I DO
IM AWAY IN 9 WEEKS AND I NEED TO GET A GRIP!
