Hello all.
So yesterday I needed a break. I took hubby to Ocean Basket for dinner.
I had Kingklip & salad, but also had wine. I honestly feel better & refreshed today. I'm kinda weird in that way. If I tell myself I can't do this or can't have that, then I start obsessing about that one thing & it takes over my whole being. When I do things in moderation then I do better in the long run.
I did not go for my 4 km walk yesterday, but managed my 2 km lunch walk & ended up doing 13375 steps.
@Richard & @Coco... sorry guys, I really tried.

Hello all you beautiful people.
Last night's dinner was lamb chops and some roasted veggies. I will be having the same for tonight's dinner as well.
I walked my 6 km as per usual & my steps ended on 21400.
My weight is on 83.3 at the moment, I'm happy with that considering it's a few days before shark week. We'll see what Friday's weigh-in brings.

Good morning all you beautiful people...
Yesterday was good-ish. I got hungry at work (shark week approaching) & I had 2 packets of Big Corn Bites. Today I came prepared with Blueberries, some dry wors & apples. I always struggle with OMAD the week before shark-time. I'm trying to keep my diet clean.
Attached is a photo of last night's dinner. (Shakshuka) It was divine... I added some Chorizo sausage because I am a carnivore.
I also walked my 6 km & my total steps for the day ended on 18506. My weight is up with 500 gr from Friday, but that is because I had carbs on Friday & Saturday.

Back at it today, took a bit of a breather over the weekend. Nothing too serious.
