Good morning I hope you all have a great day
it’s gonna be a big day for me
I’ll be going to my first day of work at FedEx after being a stay at home dad for the past 5 years I’m very nervous haha and I hope all goes smoothly please wish me luck send a prayer and good vibes my way if you could I’d truly appreciate it
Side note my healthy lifestyle change is still going great
loosing weight at a good rate and trying lots of new yummy meals and foods I’ve never had before just a month ago I was a depressed anxious mess after seeing a therapist changing my eating habits going to the gym and now getting a job I no longer feel like a burden or a disappointment I’m learning to love and take care of myself and for the first time in a long time I’m thinking about the future and been setting and accomplishing goals step by step I don’t have many people to talk to nowadays other then my wife and kids that’s why I’m sharing here I’m very proud of myself our creator is good and has given me the strength to beat my demons

Haven’t made a journal post in the past couple days but still tracking everything I eat. And it’s easier and easier to not over eat my stomach literally won’t let me eat as much as I use to my calories are averaging around 1300 a week and I’ve almost lost 20 pounds since I started my FS page been going to the gym a few times a week as well to try and get fit while I’m loosing weight I keep hearing people say that weight loss is in the kitchen and fitness is in the gym/exercise so I’m not going to the gym for weight loss purposes but to work on cardio, endurance and strength good luck to all your health journeys

I only ate 390 calories today and me an the wife hit the gym for 90 minutes half weights half cardio
But I have a question
We decided to get one of there protein shakes they offer at the gym after wards and it’s delicious but I could only drink half of it this is my second time ever having a protein shake and I don’t know why but the protein shakes make me feel really weird in the head has anyone els experienced that?
and I feel like I’m about to die haha I definitely should have eaten a bit more today before going to the gym but hey I’m new to all of this and I’m self learning everything no nutritionist or trainer hell i haven’t even gone to the doctors office in over 5 years
i should probably eat some food now but I just don’t feel hungry just really thirsty
