Makan siang kenyang porsi besar, tapi simple aja. Tumis daging dgn sayuran. Tumis pakai minyak wijen, kecap ikan, lada hitam, kecap manis tropicana. Ditemenin nasi hangat pulen. 650an kkal saja. Met makan ya :)

abis cardio seger bgt nyemil yg dingin2 sebelum sarapan hehe. plum smoothie blend dgn es, greek yogurt & granola. 218kkal. Yummyyy :)

My way of saying, "good job me", by the end of the week. Breakfast dessert. Pisang, greek yogurt, nutela, taburan granola. Easy and oh so good! :)

Late post maksi tadi. Sayuran panggang dgn mozzarella dan kacang merah ditemenin pan grilled dory. Big lunch, 680 kkal kurleb :)
