Today my knees feel better and I can walk around better still using my cane. I didn’t ever think i would ever be 267. Lately I’ve become obsessed with the scale. I have decided to focus on the positive things such as I am no longer 296/no longer need to take diabetic medication/no longer need to take high blood pressure medication and asthma medication as well. I know my body is going through some changes and I have to be patient and keep moving forward and be proud of myself 🎉🥰

My blood pressure was was fine but my heart was above 100. My sugar levels were 60 which is very low for me. I felt very week and dizzy. I had to sit down for 30-40 minutes to feel better and drink water. Not sure what brought this on and I was bleeding out my drain to.🙏

Today was better not as much pain today. I ate a little more but still not as much as I should due still feeling weak and a little sick on stomach . On the other hand my blood pressure and sugar level are great despite not taking my medicine 😊
