Wish that I had lost more, thought it was more. But I am happy to be going down instead of rising up. I am proud of myself for losing, no matter how much it is.

I am struggling today. It's raining outside and all I want to do is sit at my desk and eat snacks. Not the fruit that I packed the good stuff out the vending machine. Help me LORD.

I can finally see a 5 on the scale that is not in last place. I am so proud of me, perseverance, hardwork, and great motivation. Tomorrow is a new start so I will enjoy my victory today.

Got up early this morning, but for the life of me I could not force myself to workout. All I wanted was coffee, so that's all I had. Fell a little bad, but my body was so tired and muscles are too. I will have to do an hour and a half this evening after work to do a makeup. Sometimes its not worth skipping. With tomorrow being my weigh in day I cant let this precious workout slip through the cracks or I will be upset with myself.

I performed limited exercise this weekend and ate completely off. Starting off this morning on the bike for 20 minutes. Going to eat right and exercise and get back on track. Wish me luck.
