Today is a new day. I will not dwell on the past but try to focus on this moment in time. Yesterday I was released from the psychiatric ward after being there quite some time. I did try to commit suicide and failed. Guess it just wasn't my time to go. Now I'm rethinking what I should do to get the weight back off. Atkins may not be what I need to be on as I tend to not get enough carbs to help make my medications to work. Enough about me. I hope all my friends are doing well. Love and Hugs to All

I need to ask the doctor if I can get back on Atkins. I'm so disgusted with my weight gain. Still trying to get my meds straightened out. The doctor just didn't want me putting any extra stress on my body at this time. Hopefully he will see how much I've gained and recommend I go back to losing weight again. Lately, I've just tried to live moment by moment and not plan to much. I have racing thoughts and can't seem to shut down my head. Then I'm exhausted. I miss the days of being my normal. Will I ever get there again? I don't know. God has never failed me before and I have to believe that He is working in my life right now too, even when I can't see it. Sending Love and Hugs to All.

My doctor told me to not focus on what I'm eating right now and now I hate myself for gaining so much weight. I know that I have to give the medicine a chance to work but I've worked so hard to lose weight this past year and a half it just seems like I'm going backward.

Just got home from being in the psych hospital again. I guess I didn't get my medications right last time. It's kind of hard to eat right when in the hospital. Hope everyone is having a blessed Memorial Day. I want to thank anyone who is or has served in the military. Your service is greatly appreciated. God bless. Love and Hugs to All.
