It was a huge struggle to get out of bed this morning. I just felt drained and kept "snoozing" My whining pup needed to be walked so I finally peeled myself out of bed. I'm off to a good start today. I did my fat burning DVD for 30 mins then went for a 30 minute walk. I came in from my walk and did abs. I had oatmeal and bananas for breakfast and I plan to have egg whites and fruit for lunch. I watched the Biggest Loser last night and that always gives me geat motivation to get moving. Have a great day everyone!

Day two and counting! Sticking to all veggies ain't easy! lol! I would kill for an oatmeal raisin cookie :) But reaching my goal makes it all worth while. I walked for 45 minutes yesterday and did crunches. I am going to do the same today. I'm worried that I won't lose a lot during this detox phase b/c it's is my second time. Has anyone tried detox for the second or third time and gotten the same results? Or do you lose less and less each time?

This is day 1 of detox for me. I think detoxing will really help me regain focus so that I can meet my goal and so that the Black Night Wranglers can win for the week! The weather has warmed up tremendously. It will be in the 60's which is a big difference from the 20's last week! So I'm gonna enjoy this beautiful weather by getting out and walking this evening. I stocked up on groceries last night so I'm good to go. I'm also making sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Luckily water is not a problem for me b/c I love it.

I woke up early this morning to work out. It was so cold that I didn't want to get up but I had to walk my poodle Mac. It was about 18 degrees. My last gas bill was $200 which is extremely high for me. Is anyone's else's gas bill around that much?

Well it's time to get back on track! The holidays were great, but I'm ready to move forward without all the distractions and temptations from junk. I had my oatmeal and two cups of water so far. I will do my 30 minute Slim in 6 DVD this evening.
