2 minggu ini sering makan gorengan (tempe goreng, udang goreng, jamur goreng, ikan goreng,ayam goreng tepung dll ) tapi masak sendiri. dan BB pun tetap di 55-56 semoga bisa sedikit turun lagi... terimakasih badan sudah berjuang bersama 😇😇😇
