today finally good Blood Pressure data close to normal after 7 months of getting back on track 120/90 (started with 155/122) and without drugs.
Hopefully I can keep it up, this was the main reason to loose fat and lowering salt intake.
Not sure this drop is permanent yet and need to keep it in check.

Today I reached a theretical kcal deficit of 25700 vs last weigh in, allowing for the BM usual 10% overestimation of calorie burns it gives me a "real" deficit of around 16800kcal that should translate in about 2.2kg fat loss. My actual weight loss has been 1.8Kg in the period which is consistent with the forecast especially considering that my fat% has gone down to 27.6% (vs 28.9%). All in all it is a good fat loss pace that should allow not to stress my skin too much.
My calorie intake went up to 2500 avg per day but also my burn stayed up to 3700 mainly thanks to tennis. If London crappy weather stays decent hopefully I can play more over the next cycle.
The fat around the belly is clearly becoming softer and I need to up my resistance chalistenics, not been very consistent in July.

today I had a great 100g bar of dark chocolate with orange and roasted almonds after playing some tennis, simply delicious :O)
I am planning to do some more sports in the afternoon and cook some pasta with matriciana sauce later.
My endurance is going up and I need the carbs to keep up and being active I also want to slow down the weight loss pace to avoid too much stress on my skin. I have not weighed in for the last 3 weeks and I am waiting until I reach a total deficit of 25000 since last weigh in. Currently 4500 kcal away, but from the tape measure it looks like I have kept loosing some fat around my waist, hopefully I am right and I am loosing fat not just weight

Lost 2.9Kg since last weigh in. My calorie deficit measured with BM and FS in the period has been 27700 kcal, but accounting for what I believe is BM avg 10% overestimate of my burn rate the actual number should should be close to 20000 kcal deficit which matches the weight loss.
My avg calorie intake has also gone up to 2350 kcal on avg, but I managed to increase activity level, playing tennis 1-2 times a week and starting some jogs in the last 10 days.
My LBM has also increased to 33.5% while my fat has gone down to 28.9% (best number of all!!!)
My macro split has been 53/29/18 (C/F/P), talking about low-carbs diets :)
