Went to potluck at church tonight, but was very careful what I got to eat. And even with a small piece of cake, I stayed under my calories. I still burned over twice the amount of calories that I ate so woohoo for me. Very proud of myself. My mini goal for the week is to work out six days. Tomorrow will be a challenge because I will have to do my workout on my own. Hubby will not be coming home to do it with me because he has intense curcuit training for PT at work. Will probably do palates tomorrow so I can stretch out and work on butt and legs. Hope I do good.

WORKED OUT TODAY, GREAT START TO THE WEEK. MY GOAL THIS WEEK IS TO DO P90X AT LEAST FIVE DAYS, AND NOT MESS UP ON MY DIET THIS WEEKEND. TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THROUGH A SUPER BOWL PARTY WITHOUT BLOWING MY DIET. I THINK I WILL BE THE ONE TO BRING A VEGGY PLATE SO THAT I KNOW I WILL HAVE SOMETHING TO SNACK ON. PROBABLY BRING TURKEY BURGERS FOR MYSELF ALSO. ANY THOUGHTS ON HOW TO GET THROUGH THIS ISSUE?

Blew diet last night, blew diet early this afternoon, starting fresh in the morning. I will not let it get me down, lol. I had pizza, rotel, popcorn, and today the most awesome strawberry cake, lol. Loved it, however, the thought of fitting into my bikini is better than any cake could ever be, so back to the grind.
